Coming Soon: 1) Credit Card Convenience Fee and 2) Electronic Check (ACH) payment option
1) Our credit card service provider will soon be charging a 2.75% convenience fee that will be added to your payment amount for each online credit card transaction. The City of Arlington does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.

2) We are developing a new online payment option for our customers - Electronic Check (ACH) payment. This new option enables our customers to pay from their checking account. There will be a flat fee of $1.50 per Electronic Check transaction. Further instructions to follow.

These new features will be implemented when testing is complete.

September 22, 2017: New Small Cell ROW Permit (Wireless Services) & Public Service Provider Registration
1) all first time users of this system must complete the Web Registration (new user) found on the left-hand side menu under My Services.
2) click on "Apply for a permit or business registration" on the left-hand side menu. Login, select Business Registration and then Public Service Provider from the drop-down list.
3) click on "Apply for a permit or business registration" on the left-hand side menu. Login, select Small Cells in the list.

July 11, 2017: New Irrigation and backflow device Permit Applications
-- The irrigation permit have been changed to streamline the permitting process. You no longer need to complete the plumbing permit application for the backflow device. The new irrigation permit is a consolidated, single permit application that includes questions for the backflow device.

December 21, 2016: FIRE INSPECTIONS WEBSITE Combined with ARLINGTON PERMITS
-- The Arlington Fire Inspections site has been merged into ArlingtonPermits.com.
You will be able to sign on to ArlingtonPermits.com by using your same email and password that was used on the Fire Inspections

October 8, 2016: NEW COMMERCIAL REROOF PERMITS
-- The commercial reroof permits have been changed to streamline the permitting process. You no longer need the Reroof Worksheet on Commercial Reroofs. When you apply for a commercial permit and select the Type of Work as Reroof the roofing questions will be part of the permit process.
